Employee grievance mechanism
An employee grievance mechanism is an internal procedure that provides a clear, transparent, and fair framework for addressing any grievances related to the workplace. This typically takes the form of an internal complaints procedure, followed by consideration, management response, and feedback. Having an anonymous mechanism (toll-free number, mobile app etc) is considered to be best practice, and a register is kept of all grievances, their status, and resolution.
