Sustainability strategy
A Sustainability Strategy builds on the organisation's sustainability commitment and sets out how it will fulfill its commitment, reduce risk, have a positive impact, and generate business opportunities by improving its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. The Sustainability Strategy should ideally be linked to an environmental and social management system (ESMS) and to the organisation's core business strategy. It should include clear, roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, tasks, timelines, targets, and metrics to monitor progress.
